My optometrist Sarah is outstanding. Initially Sarah was very thorough and informative which was a welcome relief after years of cruising the general practices found in shopping centres. Later she picked up on what was causing an unusual eye problem I had, sent me off to a great Ophthalmologist who has helped treat the condition. Was. Dry much appreciated!!!

Wonderful staff who are curtious and very helpful. Great range of frames and overall a wonderful and caring experience. Will definately continue my eye health with Clarity. I would highly recomend them.

I’ve been going to Clarity for about 5 years. I recently updated my prescription with Sarah and she was so wonderful. I have a lot of anxiety around health and she put me completely at ease. Sarah also answered all of my questions about Fuchs Dystrophy and took the time to explain how it works and treatment options for the future. Rachel sorted out my new glasses and prescription and was also so lovely and kind. Everyone there was just so courteous which is a refreshing change from a lot of clinics I’ve been to. I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👓

Excellent eye care & expertise.

A thorough and comprehensive eye exam, including eye health. Very professional and efficient. They have all the modern technology. Sarah took time to explain all my options. Very happy with the service given and cant recommend highly enough.

It starts when you walk in, the ambiance is relaxing, the staff are efficient and my optometrist could not have been more thorough.

Excellent friendly service by expert staff.

Visited for specialist eye check/hard contact lens fitting. Extremely professional and up to date treatment involving multiple tests/scans. The Specialist Optometrist was both friendly and willing to take the time to discuss multiple issues/concerns. New lenses arrived promptly.

I have seen 2 optometrists at this practice and they were both extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. Both referred my son onto specialists when required and I felt like he was in ‘safe hands’ with both of them.

Very professional & efficient service. Elspeth (optometrist) answered all my questions, but mostly she had addressed all my concerns in advance. Naomi was very helpful in assisting me in choice of frames & the various aspects of the lenses also, so I felt very informed

I flew down from Darwin as I was having problems with my hard contact lenses. It was well worthwhile as the service I received from Clarity’s Bulimba Optometrist was excellent.

I'm a local and saw that they just reopened post new fit out. I was curious so I booked in and they were also nice and close. I needed to be fitted for contacts for sport and I also knew it was about time to get my annual check up. Great service from start to finish. From the admin staff to my clinician. I saw Sarah and she was great! Professional, very happy to answer any questions, friendly and I really felt well looked after. I suffer from allergies which can be quite irritating to my eyes. Sarah helped me come up with a plan for managing my allergies and also how to best wear my contacts. She also did a full health screen and updated my glasses prescription. Since seeing Sarah I'm pretty happy with my contact lenses and how to manage my allergies and dry eyes with and without contacts. Definitely recommend this practice and most certainly recommend Sarah!

I have been a customer at Clarity for more than ten years and have always been very satisfied with their optometry and eye health services. The staff are very skilled, and always take time to explain issues and answer questions. My regular optometrist is Elspeth Wrigley, and I thank her and the Clarity team for their great work!

Everyone at Clarity is professional but also friendly and a great communicator. I have been getting my regular checkups and advice here for over a decade, and have never been disappointed. The Optometrist always takes an interest in my life and how my eyesight fits into that, and the dispensers look after my glasses and fitting new ones incredibly well – always the most comfortable fit and the style that suits me best. Can’t recommend highly enough.
