Very professional & efficient service. Elspeth (optometrist) answered all my questions, but mostly she had addressed all my concerns in advance. Naomi was very helpful in assisting me in choice of frames & the various aspects of the lenses also, so I felt very informed

My daughter was born with a unilateral congenital catarct. Dr Ann Webber is exceptional when it comes to providing a contact lens and lens care for my child.

I highly recommend clarity optometrists Bulimba. All staff are friendly and knowledgeable and aware of keeping within a budget if required. The out of pocket cost for my glasses and lenses was actually less than I used to pay at Specsavers, for a much better quality product.

I have been a customer at Clarity for more than ten years and have always been very satisfied with their optometry and eye health services. The staff are very skilled, and always take time to explain issues and answer questions. My regular optometrist is Elspeth Wrigley, and I thank her and the Clarity team for their great work!

I have seen 2 optometrists at this practice and they were both extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. Both referred my son onto specialists when required and I felt like he was in ‘safe hands’ with both of them.

Everyone at Clarity is professional but also friendly and a great communicator. I have been getting my regular checkups and advice here for over a decade, and have never been disappointed. The Optometrist always takes an interest in my life and how my eyesight fits into that, and the dispensers look after my glasses and fitting new ones incredibly well – always the most comfortable fit and the style that suits me best. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Clarity is a great place for eye checks. My entire family have been going there over the last few years. They are especially great with kids. They are professional & lovely. It's also a convenient location.

Welcoming, efficient, professional care. Dr Ann explains everything thoroughly as she proceeds and answers any questions you may have - glasses, contact lenses, cataract surgery etc. Lovely spacious area for choosing glasses from an extensive selection.

Our son has had a very positive experience at Clarity. Clarity are professional, caring and up to date with best practice standards in optometry. Over the years the team have established a very good relationship with my son. I feel confident as he gets older he has developed the skills to independently manage his eye health well.
